My name is Annette and I'm the Student Ministries Pastor at Woodridge Church.  My job is to lead the student ministry staff, oversee student ministry programming and serve as a member of the Woodridge Executive Team.  My personal relationship with Christ is the most important thing to me, and the grace and forgiveness of Christ I have experienced impacts every area of my life.  I love hanging out with students because they constantly challenge me.  I have a passion to help students know how God sees & accepts them.  Michele Hawkins is a friend and mentor to me.  She has taught me the importance of prayer and intimacy with God.  Some favorites of mine are cooking, enjoying my kids (Corrina and Brandon) and creating projects for my husband!  Best movie?  Corrina, Corrina, of course!  Best song is "Na Na Na" by GoFish because I love how much my son loves it!  I depend on the verse from Psalm 121:1 "I lift my eyes to the hills, where does my help come from?  The Lord maker of heaven and earth."  Even though I hang out with teenagers,  I've never had even a sip of Mountain Dew and have never eaten a Krispy Kreme.
